Josh has been in the Real Estate market place since 2003. Josh has rehabbed or turned more than 400 homes in his career. He enjoys finding creative solutions to clients’ investment and housing needs. As Owners Representative of Modern Living Development, Josh acts in the stead of the owner for the day to day decision making for the detailed deployment of funds at the project level. Once the project has been approved by USCIS, and passed through the entitlement phase of approved architectural drawings, civil engineering and city permits, Josh then sees the project through to Project Close phase. Acting as Project Manager, Josh makes sure the projects are completed on time, on budget and on scope. Josh graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Technical Management with a Major in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship (BSTM-SBE) graduating Cum Laude in 2013. He later Graduated with honors from Keller School of Business with an MBA in Project Management (MBA-PM)

Josh is also a Boy Scout, a Scout Master (trained), trained at WoodBadge (Fox Patrol) as well as having staffed Woodbadge as Assistant Course Director. Woodbadge is the leadership school for scouting. He is father to an Eagle Scout.
